The ready to move in office space of 122 m2 represents a modern space of the historic “Дом Ибни Пајко” building. It is located on the second floor of the building, fully renovated in 2022. The building was build in 1938 during the Kingdom of Yugoslavia designed by the Croat architect Miho Cakelja and completed by architect Gligorie Tomic and is one of the few buildings that survived the 1963 devastating earthquake.

An undeniable advantage of the apartment is the breathtaking view of the city square, Vardar River and the Kale fortress with large wooden panoramic windows which fill the apartment with daylight. Heating is individual with floor heating and central cooling.
